Service & Repairs

Troubleshooting low-voltage lighting problems can be challenging, even for experienced professionals. While solutions are typically simple, finding the source of the problem can be quite time consuming. Custom Turf has several technicians who are experienced in both line and and low-voltage applications; we utilize that experience, as well as latest in wire tracing equipment, to determine the source of your problem. Once a diagnosis is made, we will make the necessary repairs.

Annual Maintenance

Custom Turf offers annual maintenance packages for your lighting system (regardless of whether we installed the system or not). After a thorough inspection of your system, we will: program your timer/transformer; straighten fixtures; replace light bulbs; and reposition fixtures to accommodate plant overgrowth. Our maintenance program can help to ensure that your system performs like new, year round.
