I've been a Custom Turf customer for about 18 years for lawn fertilization and weed control, irrigation services and landscape lighting. Our technician, Matt, is very knowledgeable and thorough. Thank you for your excellent service, Matt! Custom Turf is the way to go for a great looking lawn.

Up until this year, we used another local lawn service. We were frustrated since we had large patches of ground ivy and some smaller patches of other weeds in our lawn. They supposedly came and treated them, however the problem persisted over the past couple years. That is UNTIL we decided to change to Custom Turf. Within a week of their first spring application, we saw the ground ivy disappearing. The lawn has never been so thick and green (in fact, we tease that the service is too good since we have to cut the lawn frequently!).

We have had two completed treatments thus far out of our 6 that we have planned and continue to see results. Everything is completed on time and explained both in a hand out and via phone or email. Prior to selecting Custom Turf for our needs I called and emailed several times with questions and concerns and he was very patient and knowledgeable. We have a new construction and our starter lawn is terrible. We are very happy with all the work they have done to help us maintain the grass we do have and prepare for the reseeding we will do in the fall.

I am very pleased with the appearance of my lawn. I have used other services in the past without near the results I have seen in a little over a year with Custom Turf. I think notifications on when they are coming is a great idea and when they arrive Rich Longo goes to work, pays attention to detail. Thank you Rich, keep up the good work
