Also had them service a defective valve early this summer, they promptly scheduled the service, replaced the valve, and everything worked AOK. Great customer service!

Up until this year, we used another local lawn service. We were frustrated since we had large patches of ground ivy and some smaller patches of other weeds in our lawn. They supposedly came and treated them, however the problem persisted over the past couple years. That is UNTIL we decided to change to Custom Turf. Within a week of their first spring application, we saw the ground ivy disappearing. The lawn has never been so thick and green (in fact, we tease that the service is too good since we have to cut the lawn frequently!).
