We have been using Custom Turf for 10+ years.. Recently, they aerated our yard (I was out of town). I got home late and when leaving the next morning I saw that a landscape light had been damaged. Not a big deal, but I figured I would be stuck fixing it. That day they sent someone out who replaced the light, and made it right. My wife then explained that when it happened the technician let her know, told us she reported it and was confident it would be fixed. This is the type of company I want to continue to work with, I am extremely impressed.

Really good winterizing sprinkler experience w/ Custom Turf yesterday. A real person who was helpful answered the phone. They fit me in, even though I was not an existing client. The technician, Tom Puckett, arrived early. He was knowledgable, got things going quickly, and gave me a few winterizing tips along the way. Very professional operation, price was fair.
