Been using Custom Turf for a few years now and the difference in my lawn is night and day. Reasonable prices, and Matt my lawn tech was responsive and knowledgeable to all questions i had regarding the care.

We have had two completed treatments thus far out of our 6 that we have planned and continue to see results. Everything is completed on time and explained both in a hand out and via phone or email. Prior to selecting Custom Turf for our needs I called and emailed several times with questions and concerns and he was very patient and knowledgeable. We have a new construction and our starter lawn is terrible. We are very happy with all the work they have done to help us maintain the grass we do have and prepare for the reseeding we will do in the fall.

Really good winterizing sprinkler experience w/ Custom Turf yesterday. A real person who was helpful answered the phone. They fit me in, even though I was not an existing client. The technician, Tom Puckett, arrived early. He was knowledgable, got things going quickly, and gave me a few winterizing tips along the way. Very professional operation, price was fair. Highly recommend!

We have been using Custom Turf for 10+ years.. Recently, they aerated our yard (I was out of town). I got home late and when leaving the next morning I saw that a landscape light had been damaged. Not a big deal, but I figured I would be stuck fixing it. That day they sent someone out who replaced the light, and made it right. My wife then explained that when it happened the technician let her know, told us she reported it and was confident it would be fixed. This is the type of company I want to continue to work with, I am extremely impressed.

I decided to use Custom Turf after seeing the great results at my Sister and Brother in-laws home. A number of folks in their neighborhood use them and the yards looked amazing. I have only received the first two treatments and have been pleased with the performance of the pre-emergent. I continue to look forward to the deep green yard and expect that the continued treatments will get me there.
