Really good winterizing sprinkler experience w/ Custom Turf yesterday. A real person who was helpful answered the phone. They fit me in, even though I was not an existing client. The technician, Tom Puckett, arrived early. He was knowledgable, got things going quickly, and gave me a few winterizing tips along the way. Very professional operation, price was fair. We have had two completed treatments thus far out of our 6 that we have planned and continue to see results. Everything is completed on time and explained both in a hand out and via phone or email. Prior to selecting Custom Turf for our needs I called and emailed several times with questions and concerns and he was very patient and knowledgeable. We have a new construction and our starter lawn is terrible. We are very happy with all the work they have done to help us maintain the grass we do have and prepare for the reseeding we will do in the fall.
