We are given courtesy calls when an application is scheduled, the onsite personnel who apply are extremely knowledgeable about the lawn and the products that are being utilized. We have been using Custom Turf for 10+ years.. Recently, they aerated our yard (I was out of town). I got home late and when leaving the next morning I saw that a landscape light had been damaged. Not a big deal, but I figured I would be stuck fixing it. That day they sent someone out who replaced the light, and made it right. My wife then explained that when it happened the technician let her know, told us she reported it and was confident it would be fixed. This is the type of company I want to continue to work with, I am extremely impressed.
